Clinical Reflexologist in Halesowen

About Me

I'm Jayne Leonard, a Clinical Reflexologist based in Hunnington, near Halesowen.

My reflexology path started just over 10 years ago, when I reached a major turning point in my life, realising it was time to embrace positive change and nurture my own wellbeing.

My journey started when I first discovered the delicate enchantment of crystals, whose restorative energies fascinated me, leading to the completion of a diploma in crystal therapy. From there, I pursued my first and second degrees in reiki, then later delved into the world of reflexology, receiving a diploma at the foundation level. While working full time, I provided holistic therapies to friends, family and those seeking tasters in complementary therapies at charity fund raising events. Years later, Eunice Ingham’s “Stories the Feet Can Tell” reignited my curiosity, leaving me wanting to understand the deep connections between the feet, our bodies, and our minds.

I was drawn to learn about the intricate ways reflexology can support mental, physical, and emotional health. Inspired and determined, I made the life-changing decision to leave my full-time job and finally follow my heart into the world of reflexology, dedicating myself to advanced study for a richer understanding so I can support others and their wellbeing through holistic care, where my true passion lies.

I have now graduated and embarked on a rewarding new chapter as a clinical reflexologist. Self-employment brings its own adventures, and I cherish every opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. I remain committed to my own self-care, setting regular time aside to enjoy either a reflexology or reiki session. My own journey with wellbeing and self-care has taught me the importance of truly listening, not only to what my clients say but also to what their bodies reveal during each session. I believe every person is unique, so I tailor your treatment specifically to you, rather than simply following a set routine. Reflexology is not a one-size-fits-all experience – it’s about what you need, and together we’ll find the approach that suits you best.
